Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between Acetory Global Ltd. Şti. ("KarvanAI", "we") and the person or company using the KarvanAI service ("you").
1. The service
KarvanAI is software that analyzes Amazon sellers' advertising and sales data, calculates profit and provides AI-powered recommendations for advertising management. KarvanAI is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is for business use by persons over 18 and companies.
3. Amazon account connection
You connect your Amazon account through Amazon's authorization screen; your password is never shared with us. You may revoke access at any time. You remain responsible for using your Amazon account in line with Amazon's policies.
4. Recommendations
Recommendations are based on historical data and do not guarantee results. The decision to apply a recommendation is yours. No changes are made without your approval; if you enable automation, changes stay within the limits you set. Every change is logged and can be reverted.
5. Fees, trial and cancellation
- Fees are shown on the pricing page, exclude VAT and are charged in advance for the selected period.
- The free trial lasts 7 days. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
- You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Annual plan refund: if you cancel within 7 days of an annual payment, one week of usage (1/52 of the annual fee) is deducted and the remainder is refunded.
- Founding member pricing applies as long as the subscription continues without interruption.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access other accounts without authorization, or in ways that disrupt the service. You may not resell or distribute data obtained through the service.
7. Intellectual property
The KarvanAI software, brand and content belong to Acetory Global Ltd. Şti. Your data belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages or changes in Amazon's services.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. When an account is closed, data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Konya, Turkey, have jurisdiction.
